Whether you want to relax in the sun on the well-equipped terrace, enjoy a moonlit drink by the water or just sit inside and be enchanted by the tranquility, this is the place for you. The house has a fantastic view and is a perfect place for bird watching, as many land and sea birds settle in the area. The water at the house is not suitable for swimming, but at high tide you can use the house's canoe to explore the area from the water. In summer, the pasture is inhabited by friendly and quiet sheep and horses.
The house is spacious with an open floor plan and high ceilings. You will find all modern amenities such as air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, cable TV and internet. The interior is tasteful and modern. There is also a large terrace overlooking the Kalmar Sound. There is plenty of parking right next to the cottage and the only one is the cottage of the homeowner right next door. The cottage is located outside Kalmar, five minutes drive through the forest to the main road, which takes you to the center in ten minutes. Nearby is also a bike path that takes you to the center of Kalmar.
