Conditions for check-in at the hotel (this condition may change according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health): • Guests who have had 2 doses of vaccine (QR code or certificate of 2 injections) • Or a negative test for COVID-19 by PCR method valid within 3 days

According to the new government check-in policy in Hanoi, please be advised on below restriction:

Guest from Green zone: -Have received 2 doses of vaccine (the second dose has passed 14 days or more) or have recovered from COVID-19 within 6 months.

Guest from Orange or Red zone or Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Long An, Dong Nai -Have received 2 doses of vaccine (the second dose has passed 14 days or more) or have recovered from COVID-19 within 6 months -Guests are required to quarantine at the property for 7 days, must do the test Covid for the first and last day (Guest own account).

NOTE: The hotel does not accept guests from the red zone, orange zone and Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Long An, Dong Nai without 2 doses of vaccine (the second dose has passed 14 days or more)
