The kitchen contains electric hob, built-in oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven.

Bathroom 1: with shower/WC/sauna. Bathroom 2: with WC.

Bedroom-1 = 1 bunkbed. Bedroom-2 = 1 bunkbed.

Loft 1 = 1 doublebed.

TV, fireplace (wood is not included), drying cabinet, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski storage, (The jacuzzi is for private use only and is not included with the lodging.), terrace (no snow clearance).

No pets allowed, no smoking, NB! not sanitated for allergic persons.

Week 8 and 9 this lodging is reserved for downhill skiers in our ski area. This means that you need to book SkiPasses for all guests (7 years and older), for at least the duration of your stay, at the time of booking.

All staying persons must be aged 18 or over to stay in the lodging. Proof of identity is provided on arrival. The age limit does not refer to children in companion with guardian. The distance to the lift/slopes may vary, depending on the snow conditions.The nearest ski area is Högfjället. The distance to the lift/slopes is approximately 250 metres (to groomed trail), Construction work may occur which may involve some disturbance.
