This stone house is quietly located in a peaceful cottage and villa neighborhood. Nevertheless, it is only a few minutes walk from the small natural plot to the town and the beach. The lovely pool area has 18 m² of water surface. From it you can also get into the sauna. In addition, the cottage has a wonderfully bright kitchen, which is equipped with all imaginable amenities. The clinker floors have underfloor heating, but the rooms have wooden floors. The terrace is very beautiful. In 2011 the house was lovingly renovated. The house is located not far from stores in the village and the beach where the North Sea roars. It is 30 minutes by car to the shopping center or the zoo of Aalborg.
