The cottage is located in a beautiful area. Near the house you have a 9-hole golf course. The nature reserve Tranum Klitplantage is a beautiful, unspoiled forest on hilly terrain, with heath, hiking trails and rich fauna. The wider surroundings are also unique and varied, consisting of a mixture of fertile fields, high dunes, heath and the rushing North Sea, which changes its appearance depending on the weather. Fosdalen and Langdalen are two hilly valleys with a watercourse in the middle and unique flora and fauna. The valleys end abruptly at Lien, the highest inland cliff in the country at 66 meters high. Tranum beach is a wonderfully wide sandy beach, sheltered behind dunes overgrown with marram grass, where you are sure to find a windless hollow to sunbathe. The conditions for swimming and windsurfing are especially good on this beach.
