Here are also held major events such as the Lucca- Summer Festival with concerts by international artists, and the Lucca Comics, a must for those who love the fantasy genre. Near Pisa (30 km) the beautiful Piazza dei Miracoli awaits you with the Duomo, Baptistery and the world famous Leaning Tower. It is 95 km to the charming city of Florence. Here, in the birthplace of the Renaissance, you should visit the impressive Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, the nearby Giotto's Bell Tower, Palazzo Vecchio, Santa Croce Church and the unique Uffizi Gallery with its masterpieces!
