In Tolg you can visit the pancake house and the small village store. In Åby, about 10 km away, you can rent a canoe. At the gates of Moheda there is a flea and antique store and Öhr's old country store is now run as Systrarna Skogströms country café. There are shopping facilities in Växjö. If you are arriving by plane, there is Småland Airport. There are golf courses in the area.
