The small garden offers enough space for small children to run and play and is in the sunlight most of the day. The garden shed invites you to relax and barbecue on balmy evenings or serves as an escape room in case of bad weather.

Schönberg is a manageable town with 4,300 inhabitants at the gates of Lübeck, where you will find all the necessary infrastructure. It has three inner-city ponds with local recreation and an outdoor pool with biological water treatment. In 10 minutes you are in Lübeck and in 15 minutes at the Baltic beaches of Rosenhagen or Priwall. Due to the strategically favorable location to the A 20 you can reach Hamburg, Schwerin, Wismar and Rostock within an hour.
