Stroll through picturesque seaside towns, such as Xiropigado and Leonidio, and take wonderful mountain walks in the hilly surroundings. In Paralio Astros, you can indulge in one of the restaurants overlooking the water: The menu includes freshly caught fish and other local specialties. Discover the archaeological site of Mycenae, one of the most important cities in Greece in pre-classical times, or Epidauros, the most famous ancient cult site for the god of healing Asklepios.
