It is located in the low mountain range of the Umbrian-Marche Apennines (700 m a.s.l.) about 5 km from Apecchio. Wide view of the hills. Quiet position. Distances: About 45 km from both the ancient university town of Urbino, one of the most culturally interesting towns in the Marche region, and Gubbio, one of the most beautiful towns in Umbria. Città di Castello 27 km, Arezzo 60 km , the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast (Fano) about 70 km (about 1 hour by highway). Stores of all kinds, tennis and supermarket 2 km away and restaurants and pizzerias within 5 km.The friendly owners are also managers of a wellness center about 20 km away, with thermal baths, sports facilities and medical professionals.
