The house is spread over 3 levels. 1st level: 1 double bedroom, two small rooms with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, laundry room (washing machine). 2nd level: equipped loggia (10 m²), living room (TV) with double sofa bed with access to the garden, kitchen / dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher), toilet. 3rd level: 1 double room with small panoramic terrace, 1 bathroom with shower. The lower floor has high windows. A few hundred meters from the coast stretches the Parco Naturale dell'Asinara with countless excursion possibilities. At 150 meters is the stop of the shuttle bus that connects the beaches with the town. Distances: 200 m beach, 2 km Stintino (stores of all kinds, boat rentals, tennis, restaurants, diving center, horse riding), 30 km Porto Torres, 47 km Sassari, 50 km Alghero, 147 km Olbia. A summer cottage with nice view of the sea, near to one of the most famous holiday destinations of Sardinia.
