There is a big swimming pool (17,5m length and 2,6m maximum depth) with fresh water and plenty of space around it, with free sun umbrellas and lounges. A Snack Bar (09am-02am) with drinks, tasty food and 3 satellite TVs, is situated a few meters away from the swimming pool, there is also pool table and video games area and a small playground for the children."

It is consisted of 8 small blocks (4 of them are newly built, 2001), having 14 apartments for 2-4 people, 2 split level apartments for 2-5 people (double bed), 12 studios for 2 people and 2 split level apartments for 2-3 people (double bed). They have view to the sea, the pool and the gardens.

Sunrise Apartments are situated at the edge of Koutouloufari in a very quiet area, where you can taste the local flavor, just a few meters away are traditional taverns which offer delicious food.

All the studios and apartments have fully equipped, self catering kitchenette, fridge, telephone, radio, private facilities with shower, balcony or patio and A/C for hire. Efficient maid service and twice a week towels and linens are changed.
