Well equipped cottage with light-filled rooms. From the partly open terrace you have a view of Sejerø Bay. On the terrace you will enjoy plenty of sun and fresh air and barbecue in the evening. Also try to prepare self-caught fish while watching the sunset. The house is located in the beautiful Veddinge Bakker and close to Ordrup with small cafes and stores. You are close to the beautiful swimming beach, an 18-hole golf course and not far from excursion destinations. E.g. the amusement park Sommerland Sjælland, galleries and Nykøbing Sjælland. Veddinge Bakker is an extensive hill area near the beach and forest. Cliffs towards the bay of Sejerø dominate the picture. The area belongs to Oddsherred Buerne, an undulating moraine landscape on the last ice age. From the 121-high Vejrhøj you can look down on a total of 27 churches, including Roskilde Cathedral. It is said that at the foot of Vesterhøj, under the mountain, lives a dragon guarding a gigantic gold treasure. On Ordrup Næs? outermost peak, Næbbet, finds from the Stone Age have been recovered. In Sejerø Bay, the coastline is varied and blessed with sandy beaches. Many of them are child-friendly. You will also have a great vacation on the peninsula by bike. In nearby Ordrup you will find small, cozy cafes and opportunities for shopping. At Dragsholm Castle, the restaurant creates tasty dishes from its own organically produced raw ingredients. The Sommerland Sjælland amusement park, charming Rørvig, and the galleries of Nykøbing are also worth visiting. From Havnsø ferries go to the small islands of Sejerø and Nekselø. On Sejerø there is beautiful nature, megalithic tombs and a church with lime paintings, on Nekselø a unique bird life awaits you and anglers will also find excellent fishing grounds. The extensive hill area is forested and reaches with cliffs to beaches of Sejerøeran bay.
