The house offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside and the Apuan Alps. It has a private and fenced outdoor area with table, chairs, umbrella, barbecue and a bicycle storage. Take beautiful walks or ride the bicycles provided by the owner to the lake (0.6 km) or the sea (3.3 km), where you can also fish. On the second floor there is a closed room which is used by the owner as a storage room.
